Eric Swain was born in a little country West of the UK called America. He admits this, knowing full well you may have mixed feelings about it.
Eric is a marketing and business development professional with almost 20 years of experience working and partnering with companies in the technology, mobile, retail, and consultancy industries. He has strong experience in commercial strategy formulation, business development, product creation, marketing and product management.
But more importantly, Eric is smart, good looking, athletic, persuasive and brilliant. He also enjoys writing his own online bio whenever he has the chance.

Keith has worked with some of the most creative organisations in the world, and some of the biggest. His wide experience of a range of industries, corporate cultures, sizes of organisations, structures and processes - along with his MBA - is an ideal basis for offering sound business advice and guidelines on effective strategy.
He's been honoured to serve as an awards judge for the Popcomm Charity and In House Publishing Awards and the Communicators in Business (CiB) Awards.
As a writer he has been editor of Internet Publishing, and authored a regular column for Graphics International on technical and management issues. He's acted as an adviser on articles in Creative Review, Direction Magazine, Hot Shoe International and the Financial Times.
As a training course leader he has created and delivered a wide range of courses for the University of the Arts London - on a variety of topics connected with the Internet, marketing and design. He's delivered seminars and training courses for international organisations in places as diverse as Stockholm, Lisbon, Basle, Edinburgh and Cardiff.
Keith has a strong belief in the good old-fashioned values of quality, reliability, and service.

Chris has the analytical mind of an Engineer, which is hardly surprising as he originally trained as an industrial toolmaker 25 years ago. Moving with the computing explosion in the late 80's, he started in the fledgling PC industry selling mathematical modelling software from the Mathworks and Transputer based simulators into the F1 and automative industry.
It was not long before got sucked into the fledgling Internet industry in the mid nineties. His resume reads like a who's who of the computer industry with his time at UUNET spent working with Microsoft on the MSN deployment, Novell developing Email integration and Compaq tailoring Servers for mass Internet datacenter deployment. Chris puts his success steadfastly down to "Identifying - then concentrating on - the Business Goals".
Chris joins the Spice team as our resident Google Expert. His inside knowledge and practical experience of how the search engines interpret and value web content is in great demand from clients looking to build their web profile, develop effective online advertising campaigns or looking to merge or migrate significant web properties. Paul Smith is a creative professional of some 20 years. A graphic designer by training, Paul enjoyed an award-winning career before taking a different path. Paul joined the first commercial Internet provider PIPEX and spearheaded their marketing department in their evangelical campaign to make everyone aware of the Internet. As this was an age before digital agencies, Paul and his team around the world created and built the very first web studio in the UK.
Since then Paul has continued his quest to bring creative thinking and technological innovation together.

With over 20 years of experience in managing companies large and small in the technology and communications sector, Judith is guiding Spice through the management and business landscape. Judith is well placed to help the company succeed, having learnt many lessons from the explosive growth experienced in the ISP sector during the boom years of the 1990's.
